Learning about packets and packet switching was really interesting to me, not just because it's cool but because it reminds me a bit of playing online games when I was younger. If your internet connection was poor, some games would throw cryptic error messages at you like "ERROR: MISSING PACKETS" followed by some numbers and code. I didn't really know what that meant at the time, and I didn't really care either, but it's cool that it makes a little more sense to me now. I guess some of the information just wasn't going through.
